The
GDS gas dosing systems distinguish themselves particularly through their
optimal functioning customized to the procedure in question. The counter
pressure independent gas dosing module forms the heart of our plants.
With constant in-feed pressure, they provide a constant reproducable low
of gas independent of the counter pressure. This has proved to be particularly
advantageous in all uses with variable consumer pressure e.g. introducing
gases into metal melts via porous stones or graphites. The required volume
of gas is selected separately for every dosing path via the relevant electrical
or manual valves on the module. By means of this closed regulating circuit
operating without any auxiliary energy, the required flow through in the
controller part of the gas dosing module is kept constant independent
of counter pressure.
On account of the simplicity of the structure and use friendliness an extremely reliable and optimal solution has been found for the user and for all applications where constant and reproduceable gas volumes have to be dosed independent of counter pressure.
